We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.

All book returns will be subject to thorough inspection. If a book shows signs of being read (broken spine, dog-eared pages, etc.) it will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, it may qualify for our used book consignment shop at the manager's discretion.

IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange any item in its original condition for a store credit or refund within 7 days of purchase.​

If you cannot find your receipt, a return may be approved for store credit only at the manager's discretion and only at the current value of the book. Please visit the store or contact us for details.

ONLINE STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange any item in its original condition for a store credit or refund as long as we receive a refund/exchange request within 7 days of purchase.

For all mail returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We strongly recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.

Once we receive your return, and inspect the condition of your item, we will begin processing your return. Please allow us at least 30 day(s) from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, but you will receive an email from us confirming your refund amount.

Shipping fees will not be refunded or reimbursed.

If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
